What happens if I can’t attend the event after booking?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you’re eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as group sizes and activities are personalized and planned in advance. Some events doesn't offer cancelation and ticket sale is final.
How do you match me with the right group?
We use a custom AI system that considers your personality traits, social energy, and interests. Our goal is to create a balanced group that feels natural and enjoyable—not random or forced.
Can I bring a friend?
In most cases, yes! However, because our events are curated based on group chemistry, we may ask your friend to complete the same short personality scan to ensure a good match for everyone.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not happy with the experience?
We want everyone to have a meaningful and enjoyable time. If you feel your experience did not match what was promised, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll review your case. In most cases, we offer either a partial refund or a credit for another event.
Are your events safe?
Absolutely. All events are hosted in vetted locations, and we keep group sizes small for comfort and safety. We also have a community code of conduct and hosts on-site to ensure everyone feels respected and welcomed.
What if I don’t connect with the group?
It happens sometimes—and that’s okay. We encourage you to give the event a chance, but if it doesn’t click, you can request a credit to try a different group in the future.
